Loews Kansas City 1550 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 Room Rate: $269/night + tax Cutoff Date: July 16, 2026 or when sold out A block of rooms has been secured at the Loews Kansas City and reservations must be made by the deadline date. Room rates will be guaranteed through the deadline date or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. A one night room and tax, non-refundable deposit will be required for all reservations. Any reservations that are cancelled at the Loews will be charged a one night cancellation fee equivalent to one night room and tax. To avoid this, attendees should only book the number of rooms they will need for the conference.

**These hotels will offer a limited number of government per diem rated rooms. These rooms will be available during the hotel reservation process on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: IAFC does not solicit reservations by phone or email. If you receive a call or email from any company offering to make hotel reservations for you over our meeting dates, we urge you not to book with them. These companies are not affiliated with the IAFC in any way and therefore are not authorized to make reservations on our behalf. While the rates may sound good, unauthorized companies typically require nonrefundable, pre-paid reservations and often end up moving individuals to other hotels. If you book with an unauthorized company, IAFC cannot protect you if there is a problem with your reservation when you arrive in Kansas City.
